We want your Ombralye pieces—from pastels and black minis to party-holiday looks—to feel right when they arrive.

Return window. You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Items should be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Eligibility. Most ready-to-wear and swim styles are eligible when returned in sellable condition. Final-sale, personalized, or intimate items marked as non-returnable at purchase are excluded. Please review the product page notes before ordering.

How to start. Email us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll share return instructions for ombralye.com orders.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees (if any) are typically non-refundable unless we made an error.
